-Complete their FAFSA
-Turn in scholarship reservation forms. If they have received an academic scholarship offer from us, they can turn that form into us. It just reserves that money in case they decide to attend.

SENIORS CHECKLIST FOR COLLEGE PLANNING
IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR TOPS
In order to receive TOPS, you must complete the FAFSA your senior year.
As always, TOPS will begin initial eligibility processing in June.
Processing cannot begin until final high school transcripts are received by LOSFA from the Louisiana Department of Education in June.
You must send a copy of your ACT scores to LOSFA.
If you have not or are not sure, log in to your ACT account and check.
If not, request that your highest ACT scores be sent to LOSFA using ACT code 1595.
There will be a charge for this service--(either $12 or $16.50 per score report, depending on whether regular or priority processing is selected).

SENIOR DUAL ENROLLMENT STUDENTS
If you have taken a dual enrollment course from a university, you must have a copy of your transcript sent to the school in which you plan to attend. Request that the transcript be sent after final grades have been posted for the current semester/quarter.
